Order processing and delivery times

Please note that order processing may take 3-5 business days before your item/s are shipped.

Upon shipping, the delivery method chosen will indicate the time before the product reaches you.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process. The table indicates the applicable charges / how charges are calculated for the different delivery methods. All amounts are stated in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.

Customs fees

We are not responsible for any import or custom fees associated with your order, please check with your jurisdiction's regulations to see if there will be any additional costs. 

Delivery issues

If you experience any issues with a delivery, please contact us by email to enquiries@known-essentials.com. If our delivery service provider is unable to deliver your products, and such failure is your fault, and you do not collect your products from our delivery service provider within the time specified on the card left at your address, then we may agree to arrange for redelivery of the products, providing that we reserve the right to charge you for the actual costs of redelivery.

An indicative list of the situations where a failure to deliver will be your fault is set out below, including but not limited to:

The wrong delivery address was provided by you;

The delivery address provided was incorrect/contained a mistake; or

The delivery address is not reasonably accessible, or cannot be safely accessed.
